I have several of these that I received that were pulled out of a corporate environment. They all have either a Windows 7 Professional COA or Windows 7 Home Premium COA. All of the COAs are legible and usable.

They have Intel E8400 3.00GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processors, 2GB Ram Sodimm Ram Installed(1 Free Ram Slot), and a DVDRW Optical Drive.

They are all missing the hard drive/caddy so you will have to provide your own. This unit uses a external power supply which is not included.

I have 14 of these available. I can fit 5-6 in a box for someone who buys multiple pieces.
