Both phones were used on AT&T. They are NOT unlocked, but they are paid off and you will not have a problem activating or unlocking them.
Both phones are in mint condition. There are no scratches or scuffs. Both phones include the original boxes they came in.
Both have screen protectors installed and include cases. Screen protectors are worn. You will most likely want to take them off and install your own. I will leave them on just to protect the phones until you install a new one.
