Hmmm...most of the reviews I have read for this psu says it is "semi-modular" because the mainboard & CPU power cables are not hardwired... is this true ?
I see that it has lots of other cables/connectors etc so it's not really a big deal for me....

I am considering this for a new ATX build for my son's first gaming rig....would this be a good model or not.....ie no overclocking of cpu or gpu, and just starter level components for now....

Also are you open to negotiation on the price ? (since new ones are only about $8-10 more than your asking price....)
