i just bought this card from nflesher87 and right after i sent him the money via paypal i log back in 30 min later and it says hes banned and my pm box is glitched or something should i file with paypal or what

he is temp banned for something other than bad sales practices. I would just email him he is on a small vacation for breaking another rule. He is not a scammer just doesnt know how to follow the rules so admins gave him a timeout. Dont worry about getting scammed.
