well, either way, i can burn you an sp2 disc... and i have a few extra XPs laying around i think... actually, i think i have like 6 or 7 copies of xp now... wtf.

I have original OEM discs with no serial, if you already have one.
I also have one or two OEM discs with serials. They have been activated at one time or another, but are currently not installed. I just keep them around the shop for test systems. I wasn't looking to part with one, but depending on what you are looking to spend, I might reconsider.
