Hello, everybody. I've got an itch to build a server, but haven't got the motherboard or CPU to do it. If you have a spare you're looking to get rid of at a fair price, this is your chance. My only requirements are these:
* has to be a microATX motherboard - anything larger won't fit in the case I have
* Pentium D or better on Intel; Phenom or better for AMD (that's Phenom I, mind)
* DDR2 or DDR3 support
* dual-core CPU (or more)
* CPU no higher than 95W TDP
* must be in good, working condition
Things the combo does not necessarily need:
* heatsink/fan (but let me know)
* integrated video
* RAM (though if you were to throw in a stick I wouldn't complain...)
Make an offer in this thread, by e-mail, or PM. Please include the motherboard manufacturer and model if you can. CPU stepping would also be nice, but if you don't remember that's OK. Thanks!
