WTB: Synology RS3412xs (Motherboard)

I know this is a shot in the dark, however I have a Synology RS3412xs that just had a motherboard failure. I wasn't sure if anyone was looking to part out their Synology or have some ideas on potential fixes.

If you're looking to recover data you can boot ubuntu on another machine with the synology drives attached, assemble the raid group and recover the data. I've had to do this several times.

Works with QNAP, too.

But not if the data is encrypted.

We've considered the data a loss at this point. I've created new backups. I'm just seeing if there's any repair path to maybe put this back in to use somewhere.

Have you pulled the motherboard to see if there are any visual indicators of where the failure was?
