WTB some parts

I recently acquired an Intel i5 2400s from a friend and would like to use it in my HTPC. This would be an excellent upgrade and I would finally be able to put my last 775 system to rest. I am looking for a mATX motherboard with at least 4 DIMM slots and a PCIe x16 slot (only things I am looking for).

Also looking for an i3 2xxx CPU also.
