Are they hard to find at the moment or something? Sorry haven't looked for rapi's for a while. I got a box of them down in the basement, I think maybe 3's potentially some 4's and PSU's and all.

They've been nearly completely unavailable for nearly a year now.
Supposedly, it's the global "shortage", combined with the fact that the RPi foundation "is forced" to deliver units to the big guys first, those who depend on them for their products.
Individual end users are way way way back in the queue.
You might find it's easier to obtain the Zero 2W, which is pretty nice if you can deal with just 512 megs and a 1GHz CPU identical to the one in RPi3. And no Ethernet.
Meanwhile, it's also possible to obtain the "Rpi400" or whatever it's called, which is basically a Pi integrated with a keyboard and some stuff. Many retailers are creating these overpriced "bundles" to price gouge even more, like a Pi4, some sensors, PSU, cables, storage...
