Looking for a ram cooling unit single or dual fan will work. Fans working or not is ok.

These will generally not help hot ram.
Generally external solutions won't help overheating ram--you need a ram cooler. I had to use one in my z420 with 256GB since the front bank would get too hot and then cause memtest to fail. With a cooler it was smooth sailing. No amount of external air would have helped since it needed to be targeted.Put it closer.
Considering the amount of info. What case, why do you feel the ram is hot, what else is dealing with heat issues?. To many variables. Otherwise, look into some decent 20mm fans
