Did you try right angle power cables? Could fix your case fitment issues and keep the card.

Something like this: https://kareonkables.com/products/evga-dual-inverted-90-degree-to-62-pin-pci-e-cable-adapter

Not recommending that one - that's just a google search but you get the idea.

Was going to offer similar input. After that purchase, last thing I'd want to do is replace the card because of the case.

What about a vertical mount?
Something like this- https://www.newegg.com/phanteks-ph-vgpukt-02-black/p/N82E16811984028
or replace the case? as a last resort. With the current shortage, I'd cherish that card lol.

It has 3 power 8 pin connectors, otherwise I would have used a PowerLink or something like what you linked.

I don't really want to go vertical mount yet just in case I need to use another pcie slot on the motherboard.

What if you go vertical mount until you need another pcie slot? Do you see that requirement in the near future? Sorry :) Just trying to get you to hold on to that card since I'm jealous. I'm still on a gtx980 (non-ti) for the foreseeable future. If it's at least partial buyers remorse, I understand that :)

Could modify the connectors to provide more 90deg bends. Use some liquid electrical tape to insure the connections are secure and insulated from each other. May not be the prettiest but would be functional. Could probably make it look good for that display case you have.

If you're gonna twist my arm.. :D

Vertical mount bracket should be coming soon. Just like everything else, even vertical GPU mounts are OOS.

Oh well, bump!

I have the 011-DW with a similar issue with my 3070, I used the vertical mount to solve the issue as well.
That said some folks have used three of these to solve the issue (I'm doing both actually, vertical mount and hiding the GPU cables with the adapters):

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P5R258Q
Here they are in action on a 3080 (they stuck a evga badge on it for accent):

I looked in to similar adapters but never ended up pulling the trigger. Now I'm in for 3 of those suckers.

Dang. Looks like the race is on for those adapters or the bracket.

Here is a friends with the vertical kit.

Looks good and cleans up the cable bends nicely too.

I really wish I'd seen that X1 Carbon a couple weeks ago. I just bought a cheap 4th gen on eBay and I'd have much rather gone 6th gen.
