Posting this for a friend, he's looking to spend $6 to 700 and get a low-end gaming machine. Something that's functional. Any takers? Anybody have old Gaming rigs they don't want?

Where abouts? I'm typing in Michigan from a 4790k / GTX 1080 / 1TB Intel NVME iTX system but I do not think I am courageous enough to ship.
