WTB: Older sound card with 5.25 media bay

Im looking for one of those older soundblaster cards with the 5.25 bay full of connections.

Looking to setup a simple media desktop for my home office and need a sound card that supports optical audio for my receiver.

Hoping I could find one for 50 or less, but lmk what you have!

It is that card. I only have the media bay, the card, the ribbon cable, and the power connector. I don't know about the price. PM me an offer if you are interested.
