Hello all,

[email protected] had the cables. I paid $$ for them, but it was looking like a long-shot for me to find them.

Original post: I have two older (pre-2012) Seasonic X560 power supplies, fully modular, just like the old X650 and X750 units. I bought them New-Old Stock, and they are missing the CPU cable. They are missing the 24-pin to 18+10 power cable too.

That they were built pre-2012 means the 8-pin plug that goes into the PSU is different than newer models. All 8-pins are separated on the pre-2012 versions (the one I need), whereas two of the pins are connected with the newer models.

Did you used to own a pre-2012 X650/X750/X850, you don't have it anymore, but you still have the cables? I would like to buy them for a reasonable price.

This is what it looks like: https://btosinte.com/images/8p-44p.jpg

Let me know if you think you have the right one. If you take a picture of the connection and send it to me, I can tell you for sure.

Thank you!

I had to RMA a X650 and they sent an extra set of cables. I'll go through them and make sure I have what you need tomorrow.

Is this it?

It sounds like you're on your way for replacement CPU cables. I have a set of EVGA GS cables (Seasonic made those PSUs until ~2014) leftover from RMA, which appear to have a similar keying for the X560 PSU's 24 pin cable. I wouldn't be surprised if there might have to be some pin-swaps though. The whole PSU end basically was keyed as two sockets with D/rounded corners then two sockets fully square. Except for the CPU/EPS cable, where one row has three D/notched sockets in a row.

See GS pinouts from this recent-ish post.

Possibly this MK2 diagram from overclock is what you're looking for?

edit: The main 24 pin cable looks to be matching patterns between the x560 and GS (the evga GS diagram calls out 2 5vsb spots and a 3.3vs that match voltage, but don't have extra notations at two spots on the x560 pinmap). The EPS/8 pin CPU cable has reversed the 12v and ground sides, so that would need swaps.

Yes, have a 24 pin to 10+18 and CPU 8pin to split 4+4. They are for a seasonic x650 gold from around 2012ish.

Just looked at the pic you linked, mine are all black, no yellow.
