WTB: mATX 478 Motherboard or Small-sized (1U or FlexATX) PSU

Hello,

I'm looking for a socket 478 mATX (preferred), Socket 939 mATX or even socket 754 mATX motherboard for a HTPC I'm building. It must have the following:
- AGP Port
- Uses DDR RAM, not DDR2 RAM.
- Two IDE ports

But just in case I can't find an socket 478 mATX mobo, I'm also looking for a small sized PSU, FlexATX or 1U sized that can power a P4 2.53Ghz, 1GB of RAM, 1 Hard drive, 1 CD drive, 2x 92mm Fans, and 2 x 60mm fans. Low noise or near silence would definitely be a plus
