Need the absolute cheapest iphone 4 in working condition that I can get, as fast as possible.

-Any carrier
-Cracked screen OK as long as it still works and just be taped over
-WiFi must work
-ESN locked OK, but would prefer it wasnt so it could be carrier used if needed.
The phones sole purpose is for testing iOS and exchange issues which can be done over WiFi. That, and its easier to send users screenshots of what I need them to do.. If the price is right, a iPad mini would also suffice.
In Columbus Ohio so if anyone local has something I can meet you somewhere to get it.. Looking to have something arranged today or im just going to buy one off ebay.
