As title, would like to buy an iphone 4 or 4s on att or unlocked, its for use in Mexico so it has to be unlockable or unlocked.

As a friendly tip, you can use a Sprint iPhone 4/4s if the Sprint user unlocks it for international use. I did this for my friend's brother who using my iPhone 4s in Venezuela. It won't work on any US GSM carrier. Also the Verizon iPhone 5 is completely unlocked for international and domestic GSM usage.

Bump, will also consider a droid razr on verizon if it has been updated to unlock it for intl use
