WTB: Hexacore Westmere CPU i7 970 980 990 W3670 W3680 W3690 X5680 X5690

Any idea of a price range? I have a 970 I'm no longer using that I'm considering parting with.
 
Yeah I saw that X5660, I'm looking for slightly higher clock than that though. X5660 would be a last resort I guess.
 
Assuming you have the most up to date BIOS. Check the [H]otDeals section for a thread on Xeon L5639's. Mine started life at 2.13Ghz and is now solid @ 4.0Ghz. Not bad for $75
 
I'm putting it in a Mac Pro, so no overclocking options at all.
