PCIe Graphics card- Needs to have a built in HDMI port, and prefer DX12. Looking to spend $35-75 each, and I need several of these.

1150 haswell cpu, prefer a locked i5/xeon quad and an included HSF.

Heat under max347, and shipping will be to 98109.
