Where is shipping to? I think I have a GTX 960 4GB for less then that.

If you dont need gaming speed, I should have a MSI GeForce GT 610 2gb VGA/DVI/HDMI and Galaxy GT520 2GB VGA/DVI/HDMI laying around, those would be really cheap.
Shipping is the biggest killer.
