WTB: Dell Part F4230 (Heatsink retainer clip)

I have an older Dell PowerEdge 1800 that needs a new heatsink retainer clip. The Dell part number is F4230. If you have one or have a lead on where one can be procured, please let me know.

In the pic below, I need one of the black, plastic pieces that screws into the motherboard.
