WTB: cheap Windows SSD laptop

Looking for a cheap laptop for lingering Windows stuff.

Browsing through the FS forum, I see similar to the specs I need below at $100 or less.

* Win 7 or later
* SSD
* Wireless N
* working keyboard/screen
* working battery and charger
* working USB ports

Upgradeable RAM would be cool.

Where is shipping to? I think I have a convertible lenovo I can come close to the price with.
Ram not upgradeable though.
