WTB: Cheap Android Phone -bad esn ok

Howdy all,

Looking to buy a cheap android. I'm using it as a project display to mod into my logitech g27 wheel. So if things like the GPS doesn't work or a bad esn ok.

Requirements.
Android 2.1 or later
Wifi MUST work
Must hold charge and charging port not broken/damaged
Approx 4" screen
Really prefer something that's mostly screen, no buttons or thick border
If it was rooted or otherwise good to go for use without cell service that'd be good

Was thinking something like a droid x
