I have been looking all day to replace a broken power switch, and the closest I have gotten was a switch for a case mod. I want a standard replacement switch. The little 2 wire thing that plugs into the motherboard with the little push button at the other end that's usually fixed to the case. Searching is a pain, as everything HAS a power switch, so a search is largely ineffective and lists half of the stores inventory. Does anybody know an outlet for these shipping CONUS? I want to buy several, but as of now, it looks like it may not be worth the search any longer. I may just have to buy a new case.

Fry's is what Radio shack only ever dreamed of being, to bad I am a few thousand miles from Cally. I am only near a Best Buy, no Compusa. I checked CompUSA's website though and came up empty.

But thanks there, I do believe that will work! I looks too big, but it is definately close. The one I am replacing is smaller, and kinda cube shaped with the button only sticking out 1/8 inch. Milpitas, I am definately on the wrong coast.

Just about any decent electronics shop(ie not radio shack) will have those. Also, check local computer shops. They'll probably have a pile of them. Just crack open your phone book and call a few places; you should be able to find one pretty quickly. Reset switches out of old AT cases work quite well as ATX power switches, so there's another option.

I just bought

and

They came today and look really cool. I haven't gotten a chance to try them because I'm still working on the mod to mount them and stuff. They are pretty damn sturdy. The ones pictured are a little different however. The ones i got have screws on the back with a hole in them to put the wires. Its a better design IMO.

My theme is all blue and that's why I got those. I really liked this one when I saw it; it reminded me of HAL. Now that would make for a cool mod. I'm sure its been done, but still very cool idea. I wish my theme was red so I could get it
