Looking for a budget CPU/Mobo combo for a cheap gaming rig. Looking for either AMD/INTEL,

Can get off newegg a i3 10100/motherboard combo for $150, just seeing if anyone has anything , that they are looking to get rid of before i get that.
 
MSI Mortar B360M and i3-9100F (Retail Box/has cooler). Used for one review. $125 shipped, Paypal FF only. Heat under Schro.
