WTB: Best Card you can sell me for $120 Max

Preferably an ATi, because thats probably the best kind of card I'm going to get for this budget.

I need it for my friend, who has a brand new 64-bit system with a GB of DDR, and INTEGRATED GRAPHICS! For god sakes, he is even all into 3d rendering and he's running on that.
