The m.2 in my laptop runs about 60-70c looking for one that runs a lot cooler.

Must be 256 so i can clone it from existing one.
 
you looking for m.2 sata or m.2 nvme? I have a m.2 sata one. Price?
 
I was just going to chime in that prob a Samsung would be better than your average in terms of running cool. Or perhaps any oem drive like a lite-on. My research didn’t go that far and not many people bother with testing for such a thing.
