Sorry if the title is confusing, but am looking for either :

1) 4x 1GB DDR2-667 (plain sticks - no HS)

2) 2x 2GB DDR2-667 (ECC, unbuffered)

3) 4x 2GB DDR2 (anything goes, >= 667)
