Yes they do! The sellers just aren't pricing them per current trends here at the moment... Retailers are dropping the prices quickly.

.Yeah, it seems that some have not got the memo that prices are dropping or they panicked because prices were dropping and want to sell quickly before they drop further with prices that might have been fine several months ago when some were still paying that much.
I think people still want to buy them. I think the rule was put in place because there were so many WTB's for the 3000 series. It is probably time to allow such threads again unless they get out of hand and need reined in.

People have been getting around it by posting "WTB GPU" instead.
