Just an FYI, if you are wanting or needing a 7200rpm 2TB 2.5" drive, you will need to move over to a Seagate Enterprise Class and they are 15mm. The only 2TB 2.5" that is 9.5mm or under is the Seagate/Samsung drives.

It doesn't NEED to be 7200, and thickness doesnt matter its going into an HP server.

Do you know, when formatted does this show up as one drive or two? I would be using this in a esxi environment as a datastore

its 1 drive. I wish I'd have filled my R710 with the 2.5" bays when they were on sale a week or so back. I did put one in my PS4. Great drives. I just wish i had more.
