WoW freezes when im playing.

It freezes sometimes out of no where and then colorful lines come on the screen that go up and down. Could it be a vid card issue?

Sounds like it. I don't know of any other part that makes colored lines across the screen at random. Maybe try re-installing video card drivers. Now you have a chance to go outside. :p

P.S. sorry, I know way too many pathetic WoW players.

 
Heat can also be a culprit.

Checked temps, done some cleaning in the box?
 
here is what i know from my experience, if you are using a AGP card set it to 4x for some reason WoW has a problem with 8x on some cards, also like mentioned video card drivers could be bad or your card can be going bad, check temps is you can.

haha trust me I have a most wonderful life outside of wow.

Anyways its not the temps and i reinstalled the drivers. blah i dunno im gonna try to fix it.
