The TwonkyVision site shows all the uPnP devices that are compatible with this sort of streaming, and also shows a couple of compatible software programs:

Nero ShowtTime
Windows Media Player 11

I am serving the files from a QNAP TS-209 Pro that has Twonky embedded.

Nero Showtime shows the streamed files just fine. So does the Xbox 360.

But for the life of me I can't figure out how to get WMP 11 to see the stream. I can't even figure out how to LOOK for the stream.

I know how to make WMP 11 work as the streamer, but not as the receiver.

Any idea's ?

How well does TonkyMedia work for streaming videos to your 360 (that aren't wmv)?

Can you pause and fastforward? Right now I'm using another program to stream non wmv video to my 360, but it's a bit buggy, and doesn't allow things like skipping through a video, or fast forwarding.

Sorry to kinda hijack, but can you stream to the wii with this?

I haven't started with Video yet, only music.

I need to re-convert some DVD;s for this. My entire library is in h.264 IPOD format which isn't compatible with anything but an iPod it seems :)
