wires from fan are cut

i realized that my top fan on the case was not spinning,i have two on the top. i realized that the red and yellow wires from the fan were ripped and only the black one is fine. do i have to buy a new fan or is there a way to fix this? i do not know how to solder anything so i dont think it is possible to rewire it.

If the wires are broken, buy a new fan. It's not worth risking a short, especially if you aren't planning to at least solder them together.
