wireless video transmission for cheap

I'm looking at something like this:

however those are rather expensive. I want to move my htpc away from the tv, but I want to be able to still use the tv. Is there anything under 50 bucks that will let me do this?

Sorry, it would be pretty awesome if it were feasable but for the time being, it just isn't cost effective for the quality.

yeah, i guess maybe i'll just run some cords. but it's a rental, and I can't really tear up the floor or into the walls at all. but thanks anyways

maybe one day TV sets will integrate WiFi reception and allow it to be streamed to the set. that would be sweet.
