Wireless Router internet issues (when on wireless)

Today I was browsing the web wirelessly using my di 524 and all of a sudden no sites can be accessed. The connection to the router however was still strong (5 bars...net stumbler showed a good connection too) but I could not access the web OR the router diagnostics page. Ok. I head down to the basement and plug in directly to port 1, shut off my wireless NIC, and everything works. I then turn my wireless NIC back on and unplug - and the wireless worked PERFECTLY. I head back up and continue my browsing in peace for say 80 minutes or so then BOOM it happens again. Good signal but I cannot access anything. I head back down and plug in the ethernet without turning off my wireless NIC, load a page, then unplug the ethernet. For some reason the wireless worked right after I did this (weird huh) almost like it needed a jumpstart or something. Any ideas?
