wireless card or WiFi adapter

Hello hardforum, I just put together a m-atx rig and I won't be able to run an ethernet wire across my house what would people recommend? Thanks in advanced

I've read that wireless cards work better than the USB adapters but I don't have any personal experience.

Definitely got with a PCI-express card. TP-Link makes a damn good product for the money:

Depending on distance and how many walls you're passing through it might be better to go powerline.

I just picked up one recently for my matx that works pretty well. It's has AC support, PCIe, and also adds bluetooth 4 (which I now use to stream to a bt speaker) It was $30 abouts. It's uses a Intel 7260 chipset so it's solid. I don't remember if it came with a low profile bracket though.
