wireless and wired not working

i'm out of ideas on this one

i have my own network, 3 computers on one wireless-g linksys router that went to the net. Now that i am moveing, i cut off the net to my network and for now am useing wireless from upstairs. Allso note that it's my friends network upstairs, he allso has the same router as me, and i don't think it would be worth running a line that long. the problem is i can't get to my other 2 computers, so when i hook up to my network, it will shut off the wireless and work on my network with no internet. Is there anyway to beable to stay on my network with a wire, just to see my other comps and be on wireless at the same time? i can turn off both nic's and switch back and forth but that really dosnt help much =s

You could run a cable rom your friends router to your router's WAN port.

hmm... yeah i'v though of that, but that's gonna be a lot of cable =s

is there anyway esle i could do it? or just get the wire and start running it?

If you want your friends network to be seperate from yours then that is the only way i can think of doing it.
