I have a regular 42u apc netshelter. I have about 7 cisco switches and 7 patch panels in it. I'm looking for some wire duct to put in the rack so the cables can be routed properly, i was looking at some cable manager stuff like this http://www.amazon.com/Tripp-Lite-SRCABLEDUCTVRT-Enclosure-Cabinet/dp/B000N2RC2O but i can't tell which one to get.

The rack looks like this http://h30094.www3.hp.com/product/sku/10259010/mfg_partno/AR3810

I inherited this setup so it's not the proper rack for patch panel & switches but it is what it is right now. Do any of you have any recommendations ?

Which netshelter do you have? APC makes some great wire management specifically for their racks.

Are you looking for vertical or horizontal wire management.

dude, have you even been to the APC website?
They have over 15 different kinds of netshelters

http://www.apc.com/products/family/index.cfm?id=301

You need to spend some time on that site and figure out what you have, and what accessories are compatible with your specific model.
APC has some great snap in vertical wire management. We use them for our AR3140 and they work really well.

Honestly no... i have always ordered racks from my vendor. I haven't had a reason to go to their site for anything ever but i'll check it out

So you buy things from a vendor without having ever gone to a manufacturers website to do your own research?

mostly....i have never gotten burned by my infrastructure vendors. I have 4 that i have been working with for years:D
