Winxp WinKey locked down?

I have a weird thing happening.

I recently format and reinstall winxp home on another system
Updated Xp etc

Now I noticed something very strange while in windows.
If you hit the l key when either typing saying google or by itself it will act if I was pressed Winkey+L to lockdown/go to welcome screen.
If I capitalize the L then nothing happens.

This also happens with the m key. If I hit the m key by itself it performs Winkey+M minimize.

It's if the winkey is some how is locked down mode.

I've tried a usb keyboard/ps2 keyboard they both do the same thing.
Is their something in windows that is causing the Winkey to be automatically pressed?

have you checked accessibility options? Perhaps you enabled some weird-arsed macro.
