Windows XP Service Pack 2 Release Candidate 2 OUT!

Unlike RC1 do I need to be invited into the beta to download this? I filled out all teh information and I do not see a download link. Only some support info on SP2.
 
Wait I could be wrong read there news! .

That is only for the people that have been invited by microsoft to test so I dont think it is out to the public yet.
