Another case of networking woes here.

SETUP:
Linksys Router (WRT54GS)
Computer A (desktop, XP PRO) hardlined to router
Computer B (desktop, XP PRO) wireless g
Computer C (laptop, XP HOME) wireless g

PROBLEM:

Computer A isn't always accesible via Network Neighborhood or via IP address. Sometimes both work, sometimes i dont see it in network neighborhood but can access it by ip. I want my A computer to be able to turn on, not be logged in, and have its shares in network neighborhood (it should already be like that?) My two other computers are always on the network, popping up on all network neighborhoods after bootup.

As I said before, cpu A sporadically jumps on and off, perhaps after I log in with the admin account on it? I believe the problems lie within permissions and securities, but I am not sure where.

I have remote desktop enabled on pc A. I can RD it via the other two ONLY by its IP address, not its name. If I "browse for computers" and point to the workgroup, it says the domain/workgroup does not contain any terminal servers.
