So I finally got around to trying WHS that I have had siting here forever. Right out of the box the install fails. Sigh.

Anyway, the main culprits for the failure I have found are Disc not in drive after second reboot (it was), and not enough hard drive space (there was). So any ideas on a third reason for this error:

I am having very similar problems, I'm giving up for today (after 12 hrs wasted). Please let me know if you were successful with the install and what worked for you.

I've had my copy for many months, and just finally got around to installing it on my old Abit NF7-S v2.0 board. I got the install of the SATA drivers and everything on the 2nd install try, but am still having no luck :(

I wish I did man but right now still nothing.

Reinstalled SBS 2003 on the same system and it runs fine. I really want to give this a go but unless someone knows the deal I am probably going to write WHS off as a loss.
