Windows Error Message

This is the message that is popping up on a persons pc I was trying to help solve the problem. The box will randomly pop up from time to time. I have shut down the firewall.

Anyone have an idea how to stop this message from appearing?

make sure services.exe can connect to the internet.

Have you tried removing the NIC card from the PC, rebooting, and letting it re-install itself?

What it sounds like is that you have a virus actually. Do a search for that file after enabling hidden files and folder and system files.

Ok guys I will try both of those solutions and get back too you. Btw I'am working remotely with this guy's pc.
