Im using Windows XP Pro and when something such as I get an IM the little IM thing at the bottom of the desktop is blinking orange telling you have a message, well I click it and then it comes up but it comes up behing whatever else up currently such as Firebird. If this doesnt make sense tell me. This is (the blinking orange but all apps do it whenever they need my attention such as a page finishes loading in Firebird or a prgrm is ready to install) And if I restart it goes away but I dont really wanna restart everytime.
Edit- Also the first time I click on a window it wont bring it up from down below. I have to click it once, then it becomes orange and then it comes up.
