windows auto downloading .zip not asking to save or open

windows auto downloading .zips and only .zips its not asking me weather i want to save open or cancel it jst opens it up in winrar and ask me if i want to extract it

I presume you mean Internet Explorer is doing this. Anyway, Google says you should try this
Start->Control Panel->Folder Options->File Types tab->Find ZIP->Advanced->Check Confirm open after download.
