Windows 8 thinks its dual booting?

Just installed a fresh copy of Windows 8 and its asking me if I want to start Windows 7 or 8. Anyone know what happened? Done a quick search and didn't find much. I don't have it setup for a dual boot but it thinks it is for some reason. How do I disable it?

edit: I have installed Win8 several times and this is the first time its done this to me. New build with a Asus Maximus Gene VI though. Something in the BIOS? New to X86.

Did you try booting Windows 7 and seeing what happens?

Just tried it. It reboots and asks for a Win7 disc to continue.

Sounds like the boot manager got messed up. Does it show both OSes when you go into the boot options of msconfig?

Just go into Windows 8, type 'msconfig' in the search for programs area, go to boot, select the Windows 7 and delete it.
