Windows 8: GPO to turn off "Get Windows 8.1 for free" full screen notification?

Not certain why anyone would not want 8.1 considering all that is wrong in windows 8.

If anything 8.1 is a bugfix.

EDIT: We run a production environment consisting of several hundred users and won't be implementing 8.1 for several reasons. Besides, we're going to upgrade to Windows 7 later on.
