Windows 7 Boot Sector on Wrong Drive

I have an intel 80gb SSD (gen2) and 1 tb wd black edition hdd. When i installed Windows 7 i made the SSD the system drive, but Windows 7 put the boot sector on the HDD, so i cant boot unless they are both plugged in. How to i move the boot sector over to the SSD?

Try this:
remove the HDD
Boot off the win 7 disk
Choose repair existing installation.
