I'm logged in as Admin, but whenever I try to shut a service down using task manager, I get an error message saying "this action could not be completed. Access denied." How can I go about shitting services down?

I'm not trying to kill svchosts. I'm trying to restart a program that is running as a service, and the only way is by killing it, and restarting it.

OK, I feel like an idiot. I've never used 2k before, didn't think to look in admin tools in the control panel. Got it.

Admin or not some things can't be "shitted" down. :D
If youre sure its a service, just set it to disabled and reboot.
