The worst thing I have ever seen from helping elderly with their computers is the freaking AOL Desktop launcher. I don't know how or why it ends up on their computers, but it's an overlay that makes everything look like Windows 95 and it's slower than crap. https://get.aol.com/aol-desktop-goldYeah, it looks like shit. It's already gone. I installed Windows 11 and IE isn't even on my computer at all.IE11 will finally go away, right?
When you open Internet Explorer it just opens Microsoft Edge now. I think they're just leaving it there for people that insist on clicking it because they don't know any better or are old.IE11 will finally go away, right?
I see no reason to side-grade at this time.1% of all Computers have been upgraded only. It has been nothing but a smooth ride for me after the 1st month that is after using the Start All Back taskbar program.
